ORDER PROCESSING

IN STOCK SHOP MERCHANDISE - All items in stock are processed immediately after receipt of payment via paypal.  Most items ordered are processed within the same day. Orders placed Monday through to Friday before 4pm will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.  If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you immediately.

BESPOKE ORDERS - Manufacturing times on bespoke orders depend upon such things as workload of seamstress to fabric availability - we use limited edition fabrics so bespoke orders cannot be guaranteed on all fabric options at all times. PLace your order & payment on line and we will email back within 24 hours to confirm delivery time and fabric options.  Swatches can be sent if required.  Until then you can change your mind at any point and receive a full and immediate refund. Once you have confirmed the order after receipt of our delivery & fabric confirmation email, the order commences.   

DELIVERY FOR IN STOCK (NON BESPOKE) MERCHANDISE

Any express orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed on Monday for next day. 

A tracking link will be sent to you, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door, and leave instructions for delivery if you are not going to be in to receive your parcel.

Note - sometimes free shipping in UK is offered on 4 day deliveries.

Please note we do not deliver on a UK Bank Holidays.

2. INTERNATIONAL INCLUDING EUROPE & USA - £12.99 - allow 4+ day delivery

Please note that some countries shipping restrictions, such as in Russian Federation, can result in up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Please be aware that international shipping may be liable to customs charge resulting in delays, which we cannot be accountable for in any way, you must pay the charges.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information - you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

RETURNS FOR IN STOCK MERCHANDISE

All returns must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. No refunds are issued after 14 days. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.  Please email us for the return studio address, details will be also sent with your order.

Returns are accepted on all shop 'in stock' items within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders received with Make-Up marks or after the 14 day period will be returned to sender with no refund issued.

 

You will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are be liable for damage until we receive them at the studio. We also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

 

International orders are mostly non returnable.  In exceptional circumstances agreed with us at the studio, please mark clearly "British Returned goods - No commercial value" on description of the shipment. If the indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may applied where amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

EXCHANGES

You can change the size of a purchased style up within the first 2 hours of making the order, by sending us an email. Once we receive the return item and have cleared payment of price differences, we can process the delivery of the exchanged item.

BESPOKE RETURNS

All bespoke made-to-order items are non returnable nor non refundable after the point of confirmation (see above details) and the information on returns and exchanges above refers only to In Stock Shop Merchandise. CANCELLATIONS OF ORDER

You can cancel an order in the first 2 hours.  If the item has been shipped you will need to request to refund the item once you have received it. You will then have 14 days to complete the refund from the date you received your order.

REFUND PROCESSING

Your refund money will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the refund item to your paypal account. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We are committed to selling only first-quality fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. After 14 days, we are unable to issue a refund.

 

PAYMENT

Presently payments can be made online by Paypal only.

We will treat all your personal details such as name, email and address, as confidential and we do not sell any personal information to the third parties.
